PLAYING A PART

Tal More- Music, Lyrics, Guitars & Arrangement

Squeezing my life into neat bio paragraphs isn’t really my thing, so you’ll have to settle for the essentials- 31, Israel, writing & composing, guitar. I guess that pretty much summarizes my life anyway (at least the important parts).

Every revolution, even a quiet one, needs people supporting its cause- so if you like what you hear, please help spread the word about TQR and don’t be a stranger yourself. You’ll be rewarded with tons (and I mean TONS) of new songs in the future. Deal?

Assaf Tal- Piano, Keyboards & Arrangement

Assaf Tal is a wicked piano and keyboard player who played on various Israeli musical productions over the years. He currently plays keys for a band called “False Positive” and is involved in a top secret Israeli production about to make waves in 2010.

Tracy Gibbons- Vocals

Utah born, Brooklyn based singer-songwriter Tracy Gibbons has an urban folk styling that she describes as ‘ambient Americana’.  With an ethereal voice, she renders stories that are rich, soulful, and occasionally dark. Gibbons’ debut release ‘Made Red’ (2003) earned her praise for the strength of her lyrics, the uncommon purity and sincerity of her vocal delivery, and a beautifully lush sound. All of these elements are brought to bear on her refined sophomore release ‘Drift’ (2009) which contains ten original tracks along with three well chosen cover songs and shows her increasingly coming into her own, particularly as a songwriter.
